Recently, Jacques was commissioned to make a sheath for a Hultaforce axe. He enjoyed the process so much that he decided it needed a matching handle guard as well. That is what ultimately sparked the idea of hosting a new workshop. Each attendee will bring along their own axe, and spend a morning crafting a custom fitted sheath and handle guard specifically for their trusty axe.

During the workshop, the topics we will cover are; Custom Pattern Making; Leather Molding; Hand-stitching (Baseball stitch); Finishing Techniques (Burnishing & Edge creasing).

The workshop will be held on Saturday 6 July from 8h30 until 13h00. Coffee/tea and light snacks will be provided. No prior leather work experience needed - beginners welcome. Just bring along your axe and learn some new skills.

Cost pp: R950 includes all materials and snacks.
